From Feb. 1st – May. 31^st, 2021 (UTC + 08:00), participants (“You, “Your”, as applicable) may enroll in the MSI “Productivity from Spring!” promotion (“Event”) – while supplies last. To enter, You must complete the following steps:

1. Event Duration and Enrollment

• 1. Subject to full compliance with these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), purchase one (1) new and eligible MSI product (see details below) from participating eligible MSI partners listed on the Event website. Each eligible product can only be registered and used for redemption once. Only full system products are eligible; no barebone systems permitted.
  2. Register your products on the Event page, hosted by our Event service providers, located at []. You may register more than one (1) eligible product to receive more redemption items while supplies last. Each eligible product may only be registered once. All registration and redemption must be completed between Feb. 1^st – June 14^th, 2021.
  3. Provide a copy of Your proof of purchase for MSI verification. Documentation must show the product model name label, invoice date, and eligible shop/vendor name. The invoice date must be between Feb. 1st – May 31^st, 2021.
  4. Agree to the Event Terms and Conditions and await MSI review. If MSI determines You meet all eligibility criteria, the prize code redemption will be sent to Your registered mail inbox.
  5. Verification may take longer than (21) business days. Incomplete Event registration information may result in the additional processing time if You are required to provide additional information. MSI reserves the right to verify, approve, or deny submissions in its sole discretion if Event registration is incomplete, not provided within seven (7) days of MSI’s request, or provided after the Event registration period.
  6. Prize code value may vary depending on each eligible product. See the charts below on specific equivalent values for applicable product. Prize code values shown on the website are for reference only; actual values will vary due to automatic conversion into local currency based on the applicable conversion rate on the actual redemption day.
  7. If the registered MSI product is being returned or refunded, You must notify MSI in writing, and the promotion application will be withdrawn automatically without further notice. MSI reserves the right to ask the applicants for the return of redemption items earned from products returned or refunded within fourteen (14) days of Event registration.
  8. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  9. This Event is only for eligible end-user consumers and not businesses. MSI, MSI affiliates, subsidiary, manufacturer, business partner, distributor, wholesaler, reseller, retailer, I-Cafe, or agency employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this event.
  10. MSI retains the right to make adjustments of these terms without prior notice subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

1. Feb. 1st – Jun 14^th, 2021, Participants who have successfully redeemed their eligible products according to the terms above may join a lucky draw. Participants will be prompted to join the draw when redeeming their product. If Participant check the prompt to enter the draw, and is successful in redeeming their eligible product, the participant will be added to the pool of eligible participants for the draw. Each participant may only join the draw once, regardless of the number of eligible products purchased and/or redeemed.
   For USA participants, this Event is free to enter for a chance to win the draw prize by writing a request to MSI USA and mailing this request to the MSI Marketing Department located at 901 Canada Court, City of Industry, CA 91748. Your written request must be legible to be accepted, and must include Your full name, a valid mailing address within the USA (NO P.O. BOX), phone number, and any email address to allow MSI to verify the entrant. Only one entry will be permitted per entrant. MSI will also use the contact information provided in the entry to contact the entrant, as appropriate.
2. On Jul 1^st, 2021, MSI will randomly draw one (1) winner from the pool of eligible participants. The winner will be announced on the Event page, and notified through his/her MSI Member Center registered email of the prize won. PRIZE DELIVERY ADDRESS WILL BE AS INDICATED IN EACH WINNER’S MSI MEMBER CENTER ACCOUNT AND CANNOT BE MODIFIED – PLEASE BE SURE TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY. PRIZES WILL ONLY BE DELIVERED TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS (NO PO BOX). MSI may reach out to confirm the winner’s registered address: incomplete or incorrect delivery address may be grounds to disqualify a winner. The winner must respond to MSI’s email within ten (10) calendar days. If the winner does not respond within this time, he/she will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and a new winner will be randomly drawn. MSI shall have sole discretion in determining such matters.
3. Physical prizes may take up to eight (8) weeks or more to be delivered due to customs clearance. MSI will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Participants are responsible for their own federal, state, and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges. Prize may not be sold, gifted, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other third party.

5. WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS OF RECEIVING THE DRAW PRIZE, THE WINNER MUST POST A PICTURE OF THE DRAW PRIZE WITH THE ELIGIBLE PRODUCT AND POST THIS PICTURE ON HIS/HER SOCIAL MEDIA, AND PROVIDE COMMENT OR INSIGHT AS TO HOW THE SETUP ENHANCES THE WINNER’S PRODUCTIVITY. WINNER WILL ALSO PROVIDE THIS POSTING TO MSI, AND ALLOW MSI TO USE THIS POSTING AND PICTURE FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.

For any material You may provide to us for this Event, including without limitations, pictures, videos, reviews, content, comment, feedback, and written material, as applicable (collectively, “Submitted Materials”), You hereby grant MSI and its worldwide affiliates and subsidiaries a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid up, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display and perform, and otherwise use or exploit the Submitted Materials in any legal manner reasonably determined by MSI and subject to MSI’s Privacy Policy.

You hereby represent and warrant that:

1. The information You have provided is accurate and true;
2. You have the full authority, capacity, power, and right to enroll in this Event, and make the required license grant, representation, and warranties under this Terms and Conditions;
3. You have obtained and will maintain all applicable approval, consent, permissions, licenses, and waivers necessary to grant the licenses stated above to MSI and its subsidiaries; and
4. You have complied with all applicable laws in enrolling in this Event.

You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSI, its affiliates, and successors, assigns, directors, and agents, from and against any and all liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from any claims, investigations, litigation, or other legal or administrative action by third parties arising out of or relating to any actual or alleged breach by You of any representations, warranties, undertakings in this Terms and Conditions.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that:

MSI PRIZE(S) IS/ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, MSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU ON ACCOUNT OF ANY CLAIM (REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY WHETHER BASED UPON PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, RELIANCE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL OR COST OF REPLACEMENT.

This Terms and Conditions is governed and construed by the laws of Taiwan, regardless of conflict of law principles, and all disputes arising from the Event and these terms shall be adjudicated by the Taipei District Court in Taipei, Taiwan. Any provision invalidated by a competent court shall be stricken, and the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. Failure by MSI to enforce any right under this Terms and Condition shall not be deemed to be a waiver. MSI shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This Terms and Conditions shall not be assigned or otherwise transferred by You to any other third party; all unauthorized assignments are null and void. This Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Event, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, representations, or discussions, oral or otherwise.
