GAME HARD, STAY HUNGRY

• From Apr. 18^th – May 13^th, 2018, participants (“You”, “Your”, as applicable) may enroll in the “Game Hard, Stay Hungry” online draw (“Event”). To become eligible, You must complete the following steps:
  Step 1

  Fill in Your favorite color combination and submit the design by clicking the “Stage Cleared” button

  Step 2

  Answer the questions.

  Step 3

  Accurately and truthfully fill out basic registration information

  Step 4

  Select either the MSI GeForce® GTX 1060 or GeForce® GTX 1070 Ti/1070 graphics card draw You wish to enroll in. You may only select one (1) option.

  Step 5

  Share the automatically generated picture from step 1 above on Your social media. Please document Your share by taking a picture or saving the internet link if the website is publicly available
• Registration completion: Your registration and enrolment will only be deemed complete if all five (5) steps have been performed by You, and not through codes, scripts, plugins, or other means to automatically generate such results.
• You hereby acknowledge and agree that completing all five (5) steps, without the use of automated codes, scripts, plugins, or other automatic means, shall be deemed as Your acceptance of the terms and conditions for this Event. If You do not agree to the terms and conditions, please do not execute any action to cause the website to generate your designed graphics card picture, or any other required steps listed above.
• You further acknowledge that MSI has the discretionary right to disqualify, without notice, any participants it determines to have used automated codes, scripts, plugins, or other means to complete registration.
• MSI hereby informs You that we may collect some information, including personally identifiable information, from You during the registration process. We will only use such information for marketing and promotion purposes stated below, and in order for MSI to run this Event. In so doing, MSI will use your information based on our Privacy Policy, available at https://us.msi.com/about/privacy-policy. Your ticking of the “I have read and accepted the MSI Privacy Policy” will be deemed as your express permission for MSI to gather Your information as permitted under these Terms and Conditions.
• You hereby acknowledge and agree that the MSI may use Your feedback, comments, and the picture specifically generated based on Your selections for marketing and promotion purposes on MSI or MSI partner social media platforms or offline events anywhere in the world. Accordingly, Your consent to MSI’s use of your feedback, comment, and picture includes the right for MSI to collect, process, and transmit information to or from the European Union to any part of the world. For clarification, MSI will anonymize any personally identifiable information in Your feedback and comments unless You expressly consent in writing (including by email) to MSI sharing such information.
• The Event winners will be selected by random draw from the total number of eligible participants that have successfully completed all five (5) steps. Winner announcement will be made two (2) weeks after May 13th, 2018. MSI will contact the winners based on the provided email, and may ask winners to provide additional information such as shipping address to enable MSI to ship out any prizes, if required. If winners do not respond to MSI inquiries within ten (10) calendar days of MSI’s notice, or if the participant provided email is unavailable or incorrect, and MSI cannot duly deliver the notification to the winner such winner shall be disqualified from receiving any Event prize.
• MSI reserves the sole, discretionary right to determine, on a final and conclusive basis, whether a participant has fulfilled the registration and enrolment requirement. MSI further reserves the sole, discretionary right to replace the prize with items of similar value without prior notice. You hereby acknowledge and agree to such reservation by MSI.
• The Event prize is not covered by warranty, and is provided “as is” with all faults. If the prize is or becomes defective within ten (10) days of receipt, You may contact MSI’s graphics card marketing team at graphics_card@msi.com for a replacement. You will be required to provide reasonable proof and documentation of the defect. Upon confirming such defect, MSI’s marketing team will use reasonable commercial effort to deliver a replacement to You.
• You acknowledge and agree that MSI is not liable and assumes no liability to any person for any loss, dissatisfaction, or damage arising from the prize, and uses thereof. Winners shall not make any claims against MSI. MSI disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of the winning notification due to mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware, internet, or software errors, malfunctions, or failures of any kind. In such eventuality, the winner unconditionally waives his/her right to the prize and any associated compensation.
• MSI employees, distributors, business partners, and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• MSI reserves the sole right and discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
